Situato nel cuore del centro di Watch Hill, questo condominio è un'oasi di serenità in cui non vorrai mai lasciare. Opzione economica per i luoghi di nozze nella zona, la maggior parte a breve distanza a piedi. Fai lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia, osserva gli splendidi tramonti, rilassati al suono delle onde e passeggia verso il faro. Con un facile accesso alle spiagge pubbliche e private, una storica giostra, una zona del centro ricca di negozi e ristoranti, rimarrai sempre divertito.

In questo nuovissimo condominio, non dovrai preoccuparti di adattare tutta la tua famiglia perché il nostro condominio può facilmente ospitare fino a 6 persone. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un lussuoso letto matrimoniale e nell'altra camera da letto c'è un letto a castello con estraibile estraibile. La cuccetta superiore è una singola, la cuccetta inferiore è una doppia e il rotelle è un singolo. Anche nel soggiorno il divano ha un letto estraibile.

Il condominio dispone di 2 bagni, ciascuno con doccia, lavandino e servizi igienici. Ma il bagno principale ha anche una vasca idromassaggio.

La cucina top di gamma ha tutti i migliori elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile come un ampio frigorifero e congelatore, un forno a microonde, una stufa a gas e un forno. Puoi mangiare i tuoi pasti unici nel loro genere all'interno o all'esterno.

Il patio non solo ha una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia, sull'oceano, sul centro città e sui bellissimi tramonti, ma ha anche due sedie a dondolo e un tavolo da pranzo.

The condo was spotless on our arrival. Our host, Erich, had prepped us with all we needed in advance, and was an excellent communicator. We found a box of chocolates waiting for us on the kitchen counter when we arrived - what a nice surprise! The location is everything it seems to be in the pictures: right across the street from the old carousel and beach entrance. Lots of walkable shops and eateries nearby. We were there post-season, so Saturday and Sunday were the days when most of them were open, but it was nice and quiet on the weekdays we stayed. The condo itself, including a sizable balcony, was everything we needed to have a relaxing few days away from it all. We highly recommend this property and we’ll be back!!!

Our host had thought of everything to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. He even indicated his favorite places for breakfast and dinner. The beach was ideal and and just across the street. The nearby restaurants and shops were great, including the ice cream shop opposite our condo. We could see both the ocean and a fun street scene from our balcony. Loved this place!

This beautiful condo was all that these “Salt Life” gals needed. We are beach goers and foodies that love a sunset and cocktail hour. This condo had all we needed. Completely comfortable . Clean and convenient.

We traveled as a family, including two kids, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Watch Hill. The unit is spacious, clean, well-located, convenient, and comfortable. It is walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and beach access points. Erich was a terrific host. He was very responsive, flexible, and accommodating and it was clear that he cared about our family having a good experience. We would highly recommend this unit for future travels to Watch Hill.

This condo is well laid out with a terrific deck overlooking Bay Street. We loved the color palette of the rooms and the lighting throughout the unit. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open, giving a very spacious feeling to the common areas. I loved the well-stocked kitchen since I enjoy cooking - every utensil I needed was provided. The location, right on the corner of Bay Street and Larkin is ideal. It's right across the street from the beach and the tiny carousel - and a few minutes walk from East Beach and Ocean House. Erich is the consummate host and went out of his way to insure we had the very best time at his place. And we did!

The property was perfectly situated right in the town of WH across the street from one beach and down the hill from the other. It was perfect for our three young kids (5, 3, 1). We were surprised how big and spacious the property was and it was very comfortable for our week long stay. The condo had everything we needed, including beach supplies. We loved our stay and would love to return.

What a wonderful time we had in Watch Hill. A perfect spot to enjoy all that Watch Hill has to offer. We enjoyed walking the shops, getting ice cream at the St. Clair Annex, watching the flying horse merry-go-round, and relaxing on the beach. It was so nice waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and eating breakfast out on the deck. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice having beach supplies to use too. We enjoyed our beach vacation and were truly able to relax.

My wife and I grew up in this area and have lived in CA since 1982. We both always loved Watch Hill but this place with it's spacious rooms and convenient location make this a great stay. Walk to the beaches, shops, and restaurants was great. Ice Cream across the street too!!

We were just looking for a quick get away between the end of school and the start of all our summer activities. This place hit the mark for everything we wanted - walkability to the beaches, the shops and restaurants of Watch Hill. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner is very friendly and full of helpful highlights for the area. We hope to come back again!

The property was so convenient to everything in Watch Hill. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen, and a wonderful front porch and eat out patio. Easy to get to the public beach, down to the shops, and just to mill around town. Sitting just right on the front porch you can see the sunset which is gorgeous or take a hop up to the lighthouse for a spectacular view. Erich has done a fantastic job making sure the space is comfortable and special. Very easy to work with. We will be back.

This condo is SPACIOUS. I traveled with 2 parents (ages 74) and 2 children (ages 11 and 12). We had more than enough room. Beautiful beach views from every room and every window of this condo. We go to Watch Hill often and this condo is located in the best possible spot. Quick walks to beaches, lighthouse, shops, and restaurants. The condo is fully stocked so no need to over pack. Plenty of paper supplies/goods for the kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy to maintain and keep clean for a week. Property manager made every part of the trip smooth and stress-free. Definitely a quiet area, which is what we like. Everything shuts down by 9 pm and reopens around 9 or 10 am. Perfect vacation for kids and/or adults who want a beautiful, quiet New England coastal beach trip. We will definitely return.

The condo in Watch Hill was the perfect location for a kick-off to summer family trip. The place was very clean, well-stocked, much larger than expected, and nicely decorated. The location doesn't get any better being right in the heart of historic Watch Hill. Sitting on the porch watching the main road and carousel was a highlight! Everywhere you look are water views - there's really nothing better or more relaxing than seeing the ocean all around you! The owner, Erich, was great. He was communicative from the very beginning, incredibly kind and welcoming, and was accessible throughout the trip if we need something. We will certainly be back in years to come! 5/5 rating here!

Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the ebd of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

Our family of 4 stayed here while we were attending a wedding at Ocean House. It was a very quick walk, and you are in the middle of everything but it is so quiet and spacious. We definetly want to come back! Communication with the owner made you feel that you were friends for years! Thank you Erich!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Watch Hill. Erich's home was meticulous, beautiful and in a perfect location. Erich was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of this condo is in walking distance to many gems... including town, Napatree Reservation, the Watch Hill Lighthouse great little shops and magnificent sight seeing. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how much fun we did have.
