“Hotel is vey neat, clean and modern. Front staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially evening shift. Room is very clean. Only draw back are Phone doesn’t hook up or line up in room 321. Shower tub floor is very slippery. Morning meal doesn’t have bacon. Not much fruiits in the bucket. Only few apple served.”

“We experienced a medical issue and had to end our trip early. We attempted multiple times to cancel our reservation, but every call to the hotel was extremely difficult. The staff members we reached could barely communicate in English, and several times they simply hung up on us.
