Hotel vicino a Western Kentucky Botanical Garden - Owensboro

“It was a nice new hotel with suites that have a great large layout. Comments include a mediocre breakfast (no waffles). The pool area had no towels and the bathroom floors were dirty. Nice facility but the night staff could be welcoming instead of acting like we were a bother.”

“Hotel wasn’t even just ok. Staff didn’t know what to do or where they helpful at all. Pictures are really misleading. Check in process took forever. They broke our party up so one was on the 3rd floor and one on the first even they we could have been together if the owners blocked off rooms didn’t take priority over guests. They sent us to a dirty room as well when it said it was clean. Hot tube didn’t work in indoor pool area. Breakfast was cold. Overall awful experience.”

“The staff was very polite but did not offer a welcome bag and on the last day we went down for breakfast and there was only toast. Everything was clean and wonderful. One of the best hotels in Owensboro.”

“This is an older motel. It’s a little bit rundown. All of my sheets and everything were clean all doors here Exit to the outside. There are no hallways. This place has seen better days. As far as this staff, they are super friendly and always helpful There is a really good Mexican restaurant tied to the motel is a plus”

“Not very good. There was no balcony. Not a very nice hotel, you get what you pay for but at least it doesn't have cockroaches like the roadway in”
