“Good: views of the lake and overall atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Negative: neighboring room was playing heavy metal way too loud and smoking pot smell until security came at 1:30 am to quiet them down. Fridge in room broken. Room was subpar appearance with cheap looking one word wall art not nice pictures. Property and beach around lake not cleaned up- tons of dog/duck poop everywhere you try and walk. “L’hotel è entrato a far parte del National Register of Historic Places nel 2007. Molto bello e ben mantenuto. Camera spaziosa con due queen beds, il bagno piccolino. Non ha coffee maker ma caffè e acqua calda sono disponibili accanto alla reception e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Non ha ascensore. La connessione internet è debole, non tutte le camere riescono a usufruirne. L’hotel ha comunque molto charme e sono molto contenta di avervi soggiornato.”

“I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The property is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. The buildings were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. We also encountered a significant bug problem throughout the building. What concerned me the most was the apparent lack of security. The doors did not seem to lock properly and there was a noticeable gap between the door and frame. “Pool was clean and pool area was nice. WiFi/internet- terrible. Up and down, kept disconnecting. I couldn’t tell if it was part of the problem, but I was not able to get onto any of the services on the TV even through my phone using my own home account. I think it was bc of the Internet.”

“The room was spacious and quiet. It appeared to be recently renovated. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Friendly, helpful staff. And the breakfasts were very good with eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries, yogurt, oatmeal, juice snd coffee. I highly recommemd this hotel.”
