Continental breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee was so weak you weren’t positive it was even coffee and no choices for something to eat except a sticky doughnut in cellophane. Our room key needed reset several times and the last night it stopped working and they weren’t able to give us access to our room”

“We found the room delightful -- lovely furnishings, great layout, excellent quiet HVAC. The desk clerk at our check-in was clearly dealing with an uncooperative new computer system but was very professional and helpful. She was quick to assist another guest who simply needed to charge a few beverages to her room account while processing our check-in.
