“The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, there were several issues. Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However,...

“Gym should be great if machines are working, 3/5 cardio machines are broken. Weight room and cardio room are in separate sides, almost didn’t see the weight room. Water dispenser filter needs to be changed. Facility is clean. Staff are friendly and attentive.”

“We were welcomed at the desk by friendly staff. The room was comfortable. Very restful. Hot breakfast was great. If I had one negative it was that the internet seemed to briefly fluctuate from time to time. Overall it was fine, but just a glitch now and again. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I didn't even check in. I heard from the people next door that this place has had a lot of trouble. At the front window I asked the woman who came to the window one question, "does this place have a lot of trouble? She answered 'Yes' and I asked her to cancel my reservation and refund my money. She went in the back to presumably ask the manager and he said to be refunded I had to ask Expedia. As I understand it, my credit card was just to be used as a hold on the room.”

“Our room was clean, spacious and did not smell. Sheets were clean and we had plenty of towls. Easy check-in. The employee checking us out had the best personality ever. There were 8 people trying to check out and he was smooth and calm and friendly. I would stay here again. ”
