“Really appreciated the customer service! They were on top of everything and just so kind. It was a stressful trip with our new baby and older kids but it was a nice stay. The kids loved the pool and they came by often to clean the area and provide new towels. They even helped us with late checkout at no additional fee based on availability. Rooms were well maintained which I appreciate given I have higher standards for cleanliness. Only negative was the breakfast was not good and disappointing...

“It’s a very nice place, the rooms are clean and spacious. I left my shampoo, conditioner and body wash at home. I washed my hair and there was no conditioner. I have long hair so it was difficult to manage without conditioner. We will always return, we love it there and across the way is another favorite hotel.”

“The Hotel and the room was extremely clean. Nice area close to the Westgate and the cardinals stadium. I didn't get any room service and had to go downstairs and request towels only to be told I had to return the used ones myself in or to exchange. But would I stay again yes in a heartbeat”

“This protest was very clean and the reason I chose it was because it did not allow pets. I am a pet lover I just don’t want someone else’s dog hair in my room. I were lucky enough to have time to use the pool and it was also very nice and we did take advantage of the breakfast which also suited our needs. Thank you Valerie for helping us with directions.
