“The overall stay was great and we LOVED the beds and pillows. The pool was decent and the staff was very friendly. Our son forgot his toiletry bag and they even had a full stock of essentials he could use. The only downfall was the use of the metal door latches by one of the cleaning staff. For several hours, we had to listen to her bang the door open and shut at least 50 times. Other than that, out stay was pleasant! ”

“The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

“So it's obvious Expedia doesn't like the truth about the rooms they rent which is sad cuz the phone number is off of your website it's not personal it's just business someone needs to figure out why no one ever contacted me from Lotus or Sleek stay whatever you may want to call it since I never stayed because nobody contacted me I have no idea what the room was like solved the problem credit my account I'm not asking for much”

“Everything was great. Wish they had a hot tub though. The only thing is that I got charged $20 (for incidentals), but didn’t tell me until I asked what it was for. And I wish they had breakfast potatoes. ”
