Mentre le estati si trasformano in autunno, gli Hamptons sono sempre un'ottima destinazione.

La nostra casa è stata completamente ristrutturata, perfetta per un ritiro in famiglia o una vacanza in coppia situata su un acro alla fine di un tranquillo cul de sac.

La nostra casa si trova vicino a Main Street e Dune Road a Westhampton Beach e anche a 15 minuti d'auto dalla North Fork.
Porta la tua famiglia alla raccolta di zucca e mela o rendila una vacanza in coppia ai vigneti di North Fork.
Tutti possono godersi le fiere e i festival autunnali che si tengono a Riverhead e nei vicini villaggi di Hampton.
Siamo a 15 minuti di auto dagli outlet, dai musei e dai ristoranti di Riverhead.
Siamo a 45 minuti da Greenport dove puoi prendere un traghetto per Shelter Island per la giornata. Le opzioni sono infinite!

Our adult children and grandchildren spent the week at this lovely and newly renovated home. The location is great. Close to West Hampton town and beaches. The pool is a wonderful asset. There were many amenities including pool floats, ping pong and other puzzles and games for the kids. In addition there were plenty of condiments. Could have packed way less of everything. A few small glitches but the hosts were very responsive. Great family vacation and the weather was perfect!

From grandparents to pregnant daughters and their spouses to the 2 and 5-year-olds, everyone loved our stay at the Cummings'  beautiful house. Tasteful, spacious, private and comfortable, we spent our days around and in the delicious pool, which was so relaxing and perfectly fun, we only once went to the beach--Pike's Beach, just a few minutes/ drive, a beautiful spot with day-pass parking for non-residents. The kitchen had tons of prep space and amernities, with a sliding door to the deck, patio seating and a shaded table where we took most of our meals, listening to the birds. The Cummings are perfect hosts--Marilu responded to any questions within moments. Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Check-in was easy, the house was immaculate and clean and the owners truly thought of everything that we could need to be comfortable in this home (games, toiletries, linens, beach chairs and pool toys, etc.). The grounds were so thoughtfully kept, the location was great (just a short drive to downtown Westhampton) and also on a quiet cul de sac. We would happily re-visit next summer!

Great house in westhampton

Firstly, the house was immaculate and equipped with all items an extended family would want. House was well laid out and the backyard and pool were spectacular. Pool was very well heated and kids loved the diving board and floats. Great location. Close to town but felt very private. We enjoyed going to Tiana beach which was not far.

A great spot for families!

From the start, this trip was amazing! The property owners were very responsive, and the check in process was incredibly smooth. We had my family of 6 adults and 1 15 month old staying in the house, and it was very comfortable for everyone. The back room was a perfect play room for the baby, while others were able to hang out in the main living area and work or watch TV. The outdoor area was great for everyone. We loved hanging out at the pool, and we lit the firepit every night. The home is located in a safe and gorgeous neighborhood, and is only a few minutes away from the main strip of restaurants and stores in westhampton. The property owners provided beach chairs and umbrellas, which made trips to the beach and bay so much easier. We highly recommend this property, and we hope to return in the future!!

Westhampton Beach House

Wonderful stay for our family of 4 with other friends popping over to entertain. Pictures were completely accurate and Darrin was very responsive when needed and I only had to check on if the trash had to be separated. Backyard was perfect and the pool was even better. The amount of space offered was more than enough for us. Would stay again with no hesitation.

Another great stay

Fantastic holiday home!

The house and the setting are beautiful for a family holiday. There was loads of space with comfy sofas and plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy the location. It was clean with with a well equipped kitchen. The best part without question is the back yard with a wonderful heated pool, deck area, ping pong, BBQ and loads of green space. The surrounding areas and towns were lovely with the house in easy reach of good shops and restaurants. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this house to anyone that it looking for a very relaxed faily holiday.

Fabulous home!

We had a fabulous stay at Darrin & Marilu’s house. The pool area was fabulous and the house was nicer than the photos and very clean. Very near Westhampton which is a very pretty village. Would recommend this property!

Hamptons Get Away

Killer back yard! Kids and I enjoyed the heated pool with toys, ping-pong and bags. There was plenty of outside area for volleyball and baseball. Good location for exploring the many towns and beaches of the area. House was fully stocked and clean. Thank you for letting us borrow your house.

Family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at the Cummings’ home in Quiogue/Westhampton Beach. The house was situated conveniently close to access the various public beaches on Dune Road, so we would swim at the beach early - finish the afternoon around the lovely pool and end the evening with dinner on their spacious deck. The house, property and pool were accurately described by the owners and all were super clean, attractive and well provisioned and met both the adult and children’s needs. It was a memorable vacation and one we are hoping to repeat again.

Perfect Place!!

We had such a fantastic stay! It was the perfect house for our family and children (6 and 3). The house is beautiful and has everything you would need. We had soo much fun in the pool, making s’more at the fire pit, and hanging out outside.

Pure pleasure

We had a wonderful week. Loved the deck and pool. This compact house packs a lot of punch, with plenty of areas for our family to all be together and to enjoy ourselves in smaller clusters. At night, my husband and I listened to music on the deck while our 20-something kids sat around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Or some of us watched a movie in the living room while others watched something else in the den. We played ping pong, swam day and night, grilled dinner. Loved Meschutte Beach, on a bay about a 15-min drive away and with a surprisingly good seafood restaurant. Our other favorite dining spot was Buoy One. When maintenance issues cropped up at the house (the pool heater & filter didn't work at first, one toilet wouldn't flush, and the grill wouldn't light), Darrin responded quickly to resolve them. When you book, do check with him to see if there are wash cloths along with the towels provided. (There was only one wash cloth when we arrived.) We felt immediately at home--comfortable beds, couches, chairs, and lounges, indoor and outdoor dining tables, sturdy beach chairs and umbrellas. We also really appreciated the spice rack in the attractive kitchen since we cooked a lot. Another pleasant perk was the skylights in both upstairs bathrooms.

Great West Hampton House

Perfect size for our family. Was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was great ! House has a. lot of extras like bicycles, grill, ping pong…. perfect vacation get away.

Another wonderful week

This is our third year in a row staying at Darrin and Marilu’s beach house - that is how much we love it here! The house is beautifully decorated but very comfortable and the outdoor space and pool are perfection. The house is very well stocked and has pretty much anything you need to make a nice meal. It is conveniently located close to town. We always have such a great time here and already can’t wait to return next year!

Break from the city!

Perfect week away!

Our family had another wonderful getaway to Darrin and Marilu’s home. The house is exactly as depicted - clean, bright and comfortable with a gorgeous outdoor space. Our boys (2 yo and 5 yo) had so much fun in the pool, which is easy to block off so that they can go near it without an adult. Darrin and Marilu are extremely responsive and checked in to make sure we weren’t having issues (not a single problem). This is our second year staying at this property and we can’t wait to get back next year!

Awesome stay!

The property was beautiful and just as pictured. It was the perfect spot for my family to stay while we threw a party for my dad in the Hampton Bays. It was only 15 minutes away. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen was beautiful. But the best part of the house was the outdoor space. We played corn hole and ping pong (which both were available in the shed) and swam in the pool and ate a beautiful brunch the next day outside on the patio. The owners answered all my questions via text and I asked a lot of questions. They were very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this to other people.
