“Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day.”

“I received a phone call from reception that We were supposed to check out on a day in the middle of our stay. When I pointed out we had 4 more days reserved, I was told we had to switch rooms in order to stay. On top of that they didn’t have a room for us to check into, so we would have to checkout and then check into later in the day. Eventually we got a room and I moved our belongings.
