Percorrere il privato stonewalled 800 ft vialetto e in quello stile di vita Hampton è tutto. Questa casa si trova su tre acri di splendida proprietà sul litorale. Con sei camere (di cui due master suite) e quattro bagni, questo è il luogo perfetto per l'estate la famiglia e gli amici con tutto lo spazio e la privacy necessaria per godere della vita divertente e facile.

La casa ha pavimenti in legno in tutto, soffitti a volta e una sala grande con camino. Ci sono porte francesi nella grande sala che si aprono per un 22 x 74 ponte superiore privata con vista sull'acqua. Ci sono due televisori 50 pollici con un lettore DVD / VCR e un costume costruito nel sistema stereo.

La cucina completamente attrezzata abitabile è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox e si apre al ponte con un barbecue a gas. La lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano nel locale lavanderia alla cucina. C'è anche una sala da pranzo formale, che ha tutte le porcellane e argenteria disponibile.

Quattro delle camere da letto spaziose si trovano al primo piano, una si affaccia sulle acque. Il secondo piano è dotato di due camere da letto più privato ognuna con balcone e vista l'acqua separati; vengono forniti tutta la biancheria. C'è un ufficio soppalco attrezzato con un computer, banda larga via cavo servizio internet wireless, una stampante e fax.

Fuori è ancora meglio con una piscina di 20 x 44 in terra riscaldata e un bambino di otto persone vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi tutto circondato da un bellissimo patio in pietra. Passeggiando lungo al molo 125 piedi che conduce ad un bacino 32 ft galleggiante in grado di ospitare la maggior parte qualsiasi barca di formato. Il dock è dotato di un servizio 50amp 120 volt e dispone di acqua fresca, via cavo, telefono e aria compressa per tutti i tuoi giocattoli gonfiabili.

Questa casa completamente arredata con aria condizionata centrale può ospitare fino a sedici persone, pochi passi da tutti Westhampton ha da offrire.

Brian was a great host, very responsive to messages and helpful. He had outlined all instructions very well which was helpful. The property itself is a bit outdated, but still a beautiful property. It’s spacious, was clean, and we had no issues. It ended up being a cooler weekend than expected so the pool was cold. There is a heating option but is expensive. Overall, it was honestly a great experience for all of us for our girls weekend. Felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed.

Positives:The house is in a very convenient Westhampton location, with easy access to the area. The property itself is spacious, with many bedrooms and bathrooms that make it comfortable for a larger group. The outdoor space is the highlight—there’s a large pool and hot tub that we really enjoyed. There is also access to the water, and the house is secluded enough to feel private while still being very easy to get to the highway.Negatives:Unfortunately, the house is very run down and really in need of renovation. Many things felt old, worn, or heavily used. For example, the freezer door wasn’t closing properly and the faucet’s sprayer in the kitchen was leaking. While the manager was prompt and responsive in fixing issues, the underlying problem is that the house and its contents are simply too dated. Dishes and cookware were chipped and well past their prime, there was visible dirt under cushions, and the overall feel was cluttered and musty.Overall:The house works well if your main priority is space, location, and outdoor amenities. But if you’re looking for a property that feels fresh, clean, and well-maintained, this one may not meet expectations until it gets some much-needed updates.

Terrific location for all our family members. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates. Brian was extremely responsive, which was so appreciated when asking questions about the area. Fun week for all!

The house was very spacious and well stocked: kitchen, towels, etc. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was close to town and not far from the beach.It does need a dehumidifier; it smells very musty. Some things need to be upgraded or fixed, such as some loose tiles in the back bathroom. Overall, the house worked very well for my family and the price was relatively reasonable, compared to other homes in the area.

A very good stay at a good property

We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding at East Wind. The house is about 25 minutes away from East Wind. Our group kind of rotated throughout our stay but was family and friends. All adults and 1 9 year old boy. The house accommodated our group very comfortably. We started out with 5 and on the wedding night we were 11. The outdoor space is great. There was plenty of room on the deck for grilling and eating outside. The pool was a highlight and we had a fabulous time in it.The bedrooms and bathrooms were all good. There were a few minor maintenance issues such as a missing screw in a shower and a lamp that needed some love. When I alerted the host, I didn’t expect him to come fix it immediately. I reported it thinking that he would get to it between us and the next set of guests. He came over promptly and did the fixes.The only negatives were minor and I reported them to Brian, so I believe he will have look promptly. Two of the pool side lounge chairs have some issues. There is seating for about 12 or 13 by the pool. Under the piano the floor could be cleaned a bit.I would not let the minor issues keep me from renting the property again, but those few things are what kept it from 5 stars for us.The host was great and very appreciative of that we brought the issues to his attention. I would be surprised if they were not addressed promptly.

Celebration of Life

This home was exactly as described and pictured. It was the perfect place to celebrate our mother’s life as she was laid to rest with our father, at Calverton National Cemetery . Many family and friends gathered and we had plenty of room for fun and enjoying the catered meals from local establishments!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful and includes almost everything you need. We took our parents that are 87 & 93 years old and I did not realize it is not handicap accessible. They struggled with the steps at the front of the house. They also struggled with the living room furniture. The sofas have seen better days and hard to get out of. A great place for a large group but not the elderly.

Perfect family getaway in Westhampton

We had an absolutely amazing time at Brian’s home. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect! The home was spacious and the deck was perfect for grilling and hanging outside. This home was great for a big family to get together and have a relaxing fun weekend together. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back !

Lovely spot in Westhampton

We enjoyed a brief family reunion at the house. Wish we could have stayed longer. There's plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed all our meals outside - from breakfast through dinner. Time at the pool was also a highlight. Only downside was the late check-in and early departure times but it makes sense to give the cleaner time to get ready for the next guests. Would definitely recommend.

Charming and beautiful

We had a wonderful time. The house and the property is absolutely beautiful and private. We were 8 adults with our dogs and everyone had their own private space. We were close to town and the beaches but really didn’t need to go anywhere.. we were perfectly content on the back deck overlooking the canal or in the beautiful hotel-like pool. Brian, the owner was a pleasure to communicate with and we thank him for sharing his charming house with us.

Wonderful Westhampton

We wanted an easy, homey, Hampton summer stay to celebrate our mom’s 82nd birthday. Between pool, bedrooms, dock, hot tub, local produce markets, beaches and town, we couldn’t ask for anything more! Our host was so accommodating and communicative. We think we have to book again for next summer!

Great Stay

Clean, spacious and well maintained house with lots of beautiful touches and antiques that give the place a warm character. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with couches in most of them and a few with decks. House looks better in person than in pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Host was easy to communicate with and prompt to respond to any questions.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We were a group of 8 women who stayed in the house and overall it was fantastic. The house is very large as were most of the bedrooms. One of the rooms was considerably smaller but we had an easygoing group so it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely rent this house again

Great Place for a Family Gathering

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the comforts and amenities of Brian's lovely spacious home and, especially, the outdoors! Grilling on the deck overlooking the water! Relaxing in the amazing pool and hot tub area! Open backyard with space for badminton and other activities! Enjoyed coffee on the dock, a short stroll from the house! If we ever get together again on Eastern Long Island, would definitely book again!

Great house for family gathering

This large, comfortable and beautiful house was the perfect setting for our family gathering (some of us coming from different parts of the country). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our family meals and the living room provided ample seating for all of us to gather and be together in one room. The house also has a great location not far from town and the beach. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you Brian!
