“Very noisy next door…cleaning crew flushing toilet non-stop! The view from our room was a wall..they could have put us in a better room! Especially when the place was empty? They weren’t at full capacity…never going there again! The elevators were the worst,,we have ever been in.Every time it stopped we had to brace ourselves,Buttons didn’t work properly..

“It's not the Ritz but a perfectly acceptable stay. The elevator was not working from floor 2 to 3 when we were there but otherwise nothing notable was wrong. Breakfast was very nice, price was reasonable and it was excellently located.”

“Located out of Monterrey up on the hill with a good view on the area. Comfortable room, clean hotel. Cute small pool (closed in spring). Quick check-in even after 10pm. no pets allowed.”
