“Your breakfast hostess on Saturday morning was rude and ignorant to the guests. It was pretty busy because it was the NFL draft weekend. The person working the front desk brought the breakfast hostess a coffee drink that had been purchased elsewhere (which was fine). However, the hostess slurped the whipped cream from her drink then took her cup to the kitchen, took a can of whipped topping used for the waffles from the refrigerator, stuck it into the bubble top lid on her coffee and filled it....

“I read the reviews before booking but my experience was not like others. The staff when I checked in was very helpful and and friendly. When we got in our room there was no soap or towels. Room table nd phone was dirty. Television would not shut off when I called front desk new staff was there and told me I’d need to wait til next day. We had to sleep with the television on. When I mentioned it again at check out they said they would look at it but no apology. Breakfast was cereal and some stale...
