“The room was organized, the bathroom was dirty. There were things such as the closet door that didn't work. I never leave reviews but the worst part was that we forgot a large bag with gifts in the freezer (very expensive chocolate), we soon called and, were told that the room was probably not cleaned yet, so they will call back- "if they find it". Never received a call which is sad; the character of the employees reflect the company's values.”

“I stayed here with my family and we had a really good experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, so everyone slept well. The staff was kind and welcoming from the time we checked in until we left. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help with any questions.
