“Our room was immaculate, and the staff was both helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great range of choices — from fresh fruits and cereals to waffles, hot items, pastries, and scones. Although we did have to park, there appeared to be ample parking available, which made things convenient. The area surrounding the hotel was extremely pleasant and added to the overall wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Most of staff was rude besides a few maybe two people that was kind and courteous everyone else barely comprehend English and spoke with a really bad attitude when you ask them anything as if they was on the fence or ready to be confrontational pool was closed they originally said that we can use a sister property hotel pool and then once we arrived they said that we would have to purchase a day pass which would not be provided by the hotel at that point you're not doing anything for the guess...

“Our stay was pleasant enough. We had one issue. Upon check in, the woman asked if we were going on a cruise, and I said yes. She asked if we wanted to book a cruise transfer and I said no, we are actually leaving from FLL and will uber. About 20 minutes after we got to our room, she called and asked the same question, I gave the same answer. After checkout I saw on my receipt we were charged for the transfer.
