"The shower area had water accumulation, it wasn’t draining well. Someone knocked at the door and when we showed and narrated the problem they looked and didn’t care to understand or follow up. There was smell in the rooms, not worth the price we paid."

"The room, furnishings, and bed were all good. The breakfast was excellent!! The staff was courteous.
