“Our room had not been cleaned. The beds had been made with dirty sheets covered in hair and fuzz. The floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed in some time. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The woman at the front desk offered me a different room, but the only one available was not large enough for my family. She provided us with some clean sheets, which we changed ourselves. “Overall an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had a family suite and it was spacious. The room was over the main entrance so the view was basically a roof. We slept well. The shower only ran very hot water so the mixing valve must be broken. The shower curtain was dirty.”

“Nice, newer hotel conveniently located directly off Highway 30. Easy access to downtown Valparaiso. I especially liked the floor was NOT carpet. Quibble - windows do not open. Breakfast was good. "Tina" at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.”
