“My husband and I stayed two nights early this week. We have to go back to Susanville later this week for another two nights and have booked this same hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and we felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the toiletries were of high-quality. I'm more of a bath person, and I felt the tub was plenty clean for a bath. I'm picky about that. All in all, this hotel is a winner!”

“Our stay at Bidwell House exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and quaint. The Inn offered many niceties from complementary afternoon sherry, coffee and tea available anytime, well maintained grounds with plenty of spots to sit down and relax. Breakfast was delicious! Homemade and different every morning. ”
