“A beautiful cottage with lots of room, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need, large enclosed garden ideal for children and dogs, lovely views with shops about a mile from the cottage.I would not hesitate in recommending the cottage and this area of Yorkshire to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.”

“We bought the 3 night stay as gift for our son's birthday. After a 3 hour journey they could not access the property as the keysafe code we had been given was incorrect. My wife and I were out for a meal and spent over an hour trying to contact someone that could give us the correct code. Eventually after nearly 2 hour they were able to guess the code and gain entry. Customer service and support were pathetic and left them stranded in the rain.”

Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. Ore che volevamo trascorrere a York e che abbiamo perso girando da una casa all'altra in cerca di aiuto. Roberta”
