“What a gem of a hotel. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially for my dietary requirements. The hotel has the wow factor when you walk in. The view from our room over looking the river Slaney was spectacular.”

“The hotel is older and could use updating. Landscaping appears to be overgrown in some areas. Outside our window was an old grocery cart and a piece of fencing. Not sure why it was there. Parking was limited and there was no air conditioning. Showers were very small.”

“Great location for staying near the ferry. We stopped over as arrived a bit later on the ferry and wanted to stay nearby. Good local pub options just a short walk away, handy supermarket and cafe too. Clean and tidy accommodation with comfortable beds. Struggled with hot water but would book again.”
