B&B a Whanganui

“Great location but not a happy reason for staying- I was pallbearer at my partners funeral, which was at the very nearby funeral home. Very handy to the city where my friend (who had brought me up from Kapiti) and I had dinner on the Sunday night. Good parking right by our rooms. Very friendly, helpful reception staff member. Good amenities- mine recently refurbished I think. Excellent colour choice for decor and a very comfortable bed. Thank you.”

“The room was immaculately presented. Plenty of parking and excellent service from staff. Staff went way beyond all expectations.”

“Should have high water pressure for shower Good location”

“Friendly staff, Clean & tidy room, comfy bed, all we needed for the night.”

“Clean, tidy, well equipped. Good heating and electric blankets.”

“The room was spacious and very clean and the amenities block and kitchen were close by and suitable for our needs. Need some maintenance on the entry door to the unit it as it dragged very badly on the floor and was also surpised there was no hot water in the unit. Overall it was a good overnight stay.”

“The Dog Box Accommodation is a truly relaxing place to stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, making it easy to switch off and unwind. Set in a beautiful, calm environment, it offers a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. A lovely space to be in — restful, welcoming, and just what you need for a relaxing getaway.”

“We enjoyed the location, lots of room and good communication. Recommended.”

“Beautiful and clean property. I do have to highlight that the bedroom and bathroom are very tiny compared to kitchen and living space. I found you have to go side on to get past the bed and there isn't room to dry yourself after the shower without bashing into the bathroom door. Loved the muffins and coffee. Thank you”
