Lodge a Whanganui

“Great location but not a happy reason for staying- I was pallbearer at my partners funeral, which was at the very nearby funeral home. Very handy to the city where my friend (who had brought me up from Kapiti) and I had dinner on the Sunday night. Good parking right by our rooms. Very friendly, helpful reception staff member. Good amenities- mine recently refurbished I think. Excellent colour choice for decor and a very comfortable bed. Thank you.”

“The room was immaculately presented. Plenty of parking and excellent service from staff. Staff went way beyond all expectations.”

“Should have high water pressure for shower Good location”

“Great value for money, location close to town. Little far for walking distance. Great for family. Staff was great to deal with, super helpful and friendly. Complimentary chocolate upon arrival one for each person staying. Recommend.”

“Premise appeared rundown ,pictures online weren't what was in reality. Room was clean and tidy but needed a spruce up as kitchen cupboards didn't open and close well ,blinds across front door broken, Property could do with some love.”

“The room was spacious and very clean and the amenities block and kitchen were close by and suitable for our needs. Need some maintenance on the entry door to the unit it as it dragged very badly on the floor and was also surpised there was no hot water in the unit. Overall it was a good overnight stay.”

“Friendly staff, Clean & tidy room, comfy bed, all we needed for the night.”

“Great location, clean and tidy, parking directly in front of the unit. I stay here regularly and recommend.”
