"The staff were some of the best we have ever met and met our needs perfectly. They ensured we had a room that was suitable and went the extra mile to achieve this so a big thank you. The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it ..."

"We were grateful and impressed that a staff member came down to open the gate to the car park in Storm Amy. The hotel decor is charmingly period, the room was comfortable and warm, the bar was pleasant."
