“Our stay was a mix of positives and disappointments. Unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong foot at check-in. The team member who assisted us overlooked the prepaid breakfasts included with our booking, which made the check-in process confusing and left a disappointing first impression. “Love they had EV charging. Great location especially if you want to visit the Louisville Slugger Factory. Loved the room - had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we walked by. We will be back”

“The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, we did not have a five star experience. Upon entering our room, there was hair in one of the sink bowls, and when we came back from Hamilton, our room was very warm. They sent a maintenance man in to reset their conditioner, and he was great to work with, however, we ended up sleeping with no covers in a very warm room. As a whole the facility was warm also.”

“The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and the downtown area. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. We certainly enjoyed our stay and when traveling back to the area are likely to stay here again, based on the convenience, staff, rooms and location.”
