“Thebdoor barely latched. The ice machine was broken. The manager tried to overcharge me when her new desk clerk deleted my reservation instead instead of checking me in. The front desk ecen said it was their fault and the manger said too bad, you need to pay a higher price because we lost your reservation. After the run around and horrible treatment from the manager, the owner was finally called. I wasted so much time with my family to be mistreated and it ruined our trip. Will not stay there...
