“We had been to Bonneville Hot Springs Resort before it closed about 10 yrs ago and although the building common areas and surroundings are still beautiful, it was really a shell of its former glory because it has been left without proper care. When we got to our room it was dirty - you could tell the room had just been rushed through when being cleaned. “The cabin was very clean, and communication with the hosts was excellent. They responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. However, the amenities could use some improvement. The check-in process was more complicated than expected due to the amount of documentation that needed to be uploaded. Additionally, the checkout time was too early. With a 4:00 PM check-in and a 10:00 AM checkout, it felt like there was very limited time to enjoy the cabin beyond simply sleeping there.”
