There is a $25 charge per person per night over the standard occupancy. Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Was great, wish they would have a location to store luggage prior to checkin or offer early checkin One other issue not a deal breaker but busy hot tub and pool not sure that could be addressed but place to store luggage would have made this 10/10 instead of 8/10 and saved us having to book 1 more day for early checkin

We enjoyed our time in this unit. The easy access to the gondola and village is great! We also liked the included secured underground parking and use of the elevator. The only downside was the chipping popcorn ceiling in the condo entrance and bedroom along with the broken chair on the outdoor deck. The unit was a bit hot even with the thermostat turned all the way down and windows open. But otherwise it's a great place to stay!

My husband and I had stayed at Lake Placid Lodge about 8 years ago with our kids and my parents in a 3 bedroom unit. We had such a great experience we knew we had to stay in the same location again. This 1 bedroom unit is dated. The king size bed is very comfortable. The unit was very warm despit turning off the heat, opening windows and turning on the provided fans. With the windows open you do hear the road noise as this unit is on the street side. The bathroom is tiny, smaller than my daughters dorm bathroom in college. My husband and I had a great stay, but it would be tight with more than 2 people in this unit. The hot tub is amazing after a long day on the slopes. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a definite plus. Can't beat the location, walk across the street and up the stairs to the Creekside Gondola.

Lovely large hot tub in the pool area. Kids enjoyed the heated pool as well. Super convenient in terms of proximity to Creekside Gondola. Our 1 bdrm room was like a small condo - it had everything you would need in the kitchen. Our only complaint is we couldn't use the oven the first day as it was smoking when turned on but Harmony Vacations was responsive and we worked out a plan to have it cleaned the following morning while we were out skiing.

Fine facility - a little dated but overall a great value for what I paid. Location would be hard to improve upon. Creekside gondola is a very quick walk (less than 3 minutes) , grocery store, liquor store, and ski rental/retail shop are just across the street. Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were all open and welcome after skiing. If you are looking for an extensive bar/restaurant selection, Whistler Village center may be a better option although you can get there easily enough using the bus system. Creekside where this condo is located is quite sleepy in comparison. Bedroom and kitchen were adequate, outdoor balcony was a plus with the late spring sun. I can't vouch for the comfort of the pullout bed. Only complaint was that on the day I was to check out (10am) I had hoped to be able to leave the rental car in the garage until I was done skiing then get the car and drive to Vancouver. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from the owners to see if they could accommodate this. It turned out to be not much of a problem however as the free public parking lot is right across the street. I moved the car at 8am when I woke up, had breakfast, packed, and moved my luggage to the car when I checked out at 0945. Easy enough. I hope to return to Whistler and will definitely attempt to stay here again

Lovely place to stay to ski and and explore the Village. The condo was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen, a nice Mountain View from the living room, comfy couch and chair and just loved the gas fireplace, the bedroom had plenty of closet space and comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom was clean with good sized towels. We appreciated the washer and dryer. It was great to store our skis by the front door. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna. It was a wonderful place to stay.

I liked the condo, the window nook was lovely. There was enough kitchen supplies. Creek side, is a quiet area, very little noise at night. Really appreciated the free parking. I hated the shower, can’t stand a curtain, and no detachable shower head. The TV was small. I checked the BBQ, but it was filthy and I wouldn’t use it.

Beautiful location and 5 minute walk to Alpha Lake Park.. There is a lovely trail from there with gorgeous lake views that take you into Whistler Village. I think most do it by bike but I walked it. Creekside is a very lovely part of Whistler. The view of the mountains from the balcony is much better in person than in pictures.
