About the home
This luxurious 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom townhome is beyond comparison with beautiful Italian furnishings and state of the art home automation and AV systems. Offering spectacular mountain views from your sizable balcony that overlooks Fitzsimmons Creek. The 5-star level of accommodation becomes apparent when relaxing on either of the two exterior private decks that feature access to home AV system, BBQ, secluded hot tub and outside gas fireplace! All bedrooms feature high-end smart TV's. The entire home is generously cooled with air-conditioning for the summer months, whereas in winter you can enjoy radiantly heated slate flooring, bathroom heated floors and snuggle up to one of many gas fireplaces found throughout the home! Ground level features access to spacious garage, 4th bedroom with ensuite steam shower bathroom, designer media room with smart TV & game systems and access to secluded deck with private hot tub and outside gas fireplace. Go upstairs to reach the main level with living & dining area, half bathroom and contemporary kitchen featuring custom cabinetry & countertops, and modern appliances. The living area looks out at the scenic mountainous views and balcony with BBQ. Go up to the third level to find the primary bedroom, 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and guest bathroom. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with gas fireplace that looks into the bedroom, double sink, bathtub and walk-in shower. Luxury.

Location
Fitzsimmons Walk is a phenomenal location blending seclusion with easy access to many resort amenities of Whistler. You will feel right at home in this close-knit community comprising of 41 townhomes made up of local residents and five star accommodation adjacent to Fitzsimmons creek. The complex is located right across the road from Nester's liquor and grocery store and multiple restaurants or a 10 minute walk North of Whistler's marketplace, home to many of Whistler's best shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can enjoy secure, gated underground parking here! Buses connect this complex to the village centre in just under 4 minutes. During the Winter, you are easily connected to both Whistler & Blackcomb mountain from the Nancy Greene stop on your doorstep. Year round you can take a bus from the Nester's road stop which is only a 4 minute walk from the complex.

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus grandparents

This location is perfect. So close to the village and close to the mountain. Easy drive and walkable. The condo itself had everything we needed and was a perfect layout and super clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place to Ski from

Luxurious property with a well equipped kitchen and a big built-in gas grill on the upper deck which used almost every night. We had 6 adults - 2 couples and 2 singles and the property was very spacious and could easily have fit 4 more - loved the hot tub, the underground garage and guest parking spots and the easy access to the #33 and #32 buses 100 feet down Blackcomb Way to run to the Whistler Gondala for skiing in the morning. We will be back for the summer as the lake bike trail runs right behind the town house.

Annual Family Vacation

Absolutely beautiful and large condo within close proximity to the Village. Everything in home is of high quality--from furniture to kitchen and its essentials. We had heartwarming family time which the home provided the foundation. Also, excellent communication with host. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family holiday

We loved the location, right on the foot/bike path close to the village, easy for going for dog walks (property is dog friendly!!) and so close to groceries, coffee, liquor store. Loads of space to spread out. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed to cook for the large meals we hosted. Loved the built in sound system, very easy to connect to.

Great Family Vacation!

My family stayed here for a week and enjoyed every moment! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the space was very clean! There were many games we saw but did not play. We loved the lounge chairs outside for morning coffee. The Air Conditioning was also incredible during the hot July summer we visited during. The team was highly communicative during the entire stay and available when needed. We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Holiday Home

When we first entered we couldn’t believe how luxurious this property was! Everything looked high end and the house was incredibly clean. It was very spacious and perfect for our group. The house came with a stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, Tupperware, oils, salt, pepper etc and had more than enough glassware and dishes for everyone! The beds were incredibly comfy and the bathrooms were fantastic! House is only 10 min walk from Whistler Village and parking was a breeze with a double gated parking spot just for this property (and multiple visitor parking spots if you need them). Contact with the hosts was quick and easy, they would respond within minutes if we had any questions and they were very attentive. Will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Whistler with a larger group - can’t recommend it enough!

2-family stay

Our relatives from Australia wanted to see a Canadian winter. We were a total of 2 families (8 adults plus a medium dog) and stayed at this beautiful property in Whistler. The location is perfect being it was only less than 1km from the parking lot and provided a dedicated parking spot for one car plus many visitors parking underground. The unit was impeccable in cleanliness; spacious; well appointed with everything you could ever need for your stay. They even provided a doggy bowls/bed and poop bags :-). Came with towels; clean beddings(very comfortable); starter shampoos/conditioner/soaps; tp and paper towels. Our unit was also presented with a welcome package of treats and coffee. Just bring some food to start or there is a great grocery store close by 5min walk. Our go-to contact in Whistler was Outlook and they were excellent, responsive and terrific to deal with. We would rent this unit again if we decided to go back.

Family Get Away

Keypad to u/g garage was hit and miss. Didn't always work. Faucet broke off in master ensuite and water was gushing out all over the floor. Took 2 of us with pots to control flow until maintenance came to shut off the water (cabinet to shut off was locked !!) . No cablevision to watch BC Lions or Canucks- serviceman couldn't get it going. Patio heater not working- again, serviceman couldn't fix. Hot water kettle broken ( replaced quickly). The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice layout, and the hot tub was excellent.

Beautiful Property

We loved our stay! The property itself is gorgeous and very high-end. The location was excellent, close enough to the village but far enough to feel a more relaxing-vibe. The only qualm was the check-in process. The instructions for the codes could be a lot more clear. The parking gate code was quite finicky and it didn’t state to use * at the end of the code. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful Home

Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in a beautiful home! The furnishings were comfortable and eye-catching, the layout was perfect for our group, the hot tub was so nice after days out skiing powder, the kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect...close to the village without being in the hustle and bustle of it and around the corner from Nester's (grocery store). 10/10 would recommend!

Lovely property, accurate description

Property was lovely and was clean upon our arrival. Property management company did a great job on communication. There was a small issue with the lights in one of the bedrooms and they were able to assist us the following day to resolve issue. House was accurately described, but it's quite a walk from the main village and activities. Would stay here again if looking for a nice large quiet property to enjoy Whistler.
