Exceptional staff

With both my check in annnnd my shuttle to Vancouver the staff were exceptional. Its a long story but trust me when I say that they went out of their way to get it done. The other hotels just turned me away.

The front desk staff was friendly, but the room was not great. The blankets had a booger on it, the sheets had holes, the shampoo/conditioner was expired, loud construction early in the morning which woke us up, multiple listings of this hotel mentioned a hot tub but there was not one. We would not stay here again.

Good location

Great room. Ac unit struggled to keep the room cool during the day and night. Baseboard Heaters in the stairwells and elevator lobbies were stuck on the entire stay. This added to the heat load in the common areas of the hotel making the hotel uncomfortable. This should be addressed for multiple reasons.

Great location but okay otherwise

It was a place to stay right where the action was and for that, it was super awesome. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and they provided coffee which was great. The washer and dryer did not work despite drying a load 3 cycles. The bed was a little lumpy. The sound was coming through paper walls and windows.

Place was as advertised…clean…A/C worked…great location. Have no complaints about the unit. Can’t understand why I paid a resort fee when I called upon them to fix a problem with the TV that they confirmed was not working properly…I was ignored! Asked for replacement…nothing! The staff on site lacked customer service skills. This was a let down and would suggest it was normal! Some one please explain why the resort fee when the resort does nothing to earn it!!

Amazing location and great front staff. However super super loud with paper thin walls and windows. You can hear people partying outside until late. Dryer doesn't work, we had to dry our laundry 3 times for >2hrs and it was still not dry fully. Also the bed is not comfortable, rather soft and a bit lumpy

Everything’s pretty standard. Could use a better TV, take the AC unit out during the winter. Takes up lots of space, not so good when space is limited.

This place is great in terms of its location! Everything is so close! The unit is a bit dated though (you can tell by its furnishings/ appliances), and the kitchen has a weird mish-mash of utensils... not perfect but get the job done I guess.
