it was okay.

front end staff was great. house keeping was lacking and even knocked on our door at 9am to ask if we were leaving when checkout was 10 am. bathroom needs work. door wouldn't close properly and tub was very worn. taps also did not shut off properly.

The property is in a great location at the heart of Whistler village. Check in was smooth and the staff were very responsive to our concerns. But we did have concerns. The portable air conditioner was not working great when we first arrived. Although it was one of the hottest days of the year, the air condition did not have enough power to cool the place down. The staff were able to clear some of the condensation out of it, and I cleaned the vents on the back, which made the unit function a little better. But it was still quite warm. It is also not Whistler's most luxurious stay - the suite is beginning to age - but for the price it was not a bad deal.

Stayed three nights. Very old building. AC was blasting like a foghorn in the room all night. Be prepared to fork up more cash than advertised due to their 100's in dollars in fees. No housekeeping. Bathroom tub had a panel falling off. Taps kept dripping when shut off. Lights shut off randomly while sitting down in the room. Paper thin walls... We could hear our neighbor puking up their guts and swearing all night for our first night and into the morning, in addition to their drunk yelling phone calls. The only thing that was good was the location.

Convenient location but needed an upgrade

The location was very convenient however the unit could have used a bit of a upgrade. When my husband sat on the kitchen chair it broke immediately and he fell backwards. The other chair was unstable on its way out the door as well. The bed was a twin and not a queen. The bed frame stuck out and my foot hit the edge of the metal frame bruising my ankle.

Good place for the price during winter season

Cleanliness is ok. Room has a great size. The wall is pretty thin and can hear the neighbour if they are talking louder than normal. Location is great
