“Just your basic downtown Harrisburg PA hotel, very mid. Nothing went wrong, the front desk staff and valet were professional. It's just an old hotel and not in the classic way. The bathroom was small but was newly remodeled -- that was the best part of the room. Friendly advice -- the thermostat on the hotel water heater could be trimmed at 180F instead of letting it go all the way up to 212F. The hotel restaurant was dim and antiquated, the food and service was acceptable.”

“Bellissima location in una casa dell'800 in un'atmosfera un po' inglese e un po' da favola. Molto cordiali al check in. Camera di dimensioni normali (margee suite) ma molto carina con bagno spazioso. Colazione eccezionale, nella sala da pranzo insieme agli altri ospiti, Macedonia fresca con yogurt e piatto a scelta cucinato al momento. Abbiamo preso french toast con sciroppo d'acero caldo, buonissimo. Un po' fuori da downtown ma in macchina non ci sono problemi.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no body wash provided in the room, which was an inconvenience that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I reported the issue to staff not once, but twice during my stay, and nothing was ever done to resolve it. Being ignored after bringing up a simple request multiple times was extremely frustrating.
