“Loved this home on North Caico's. Very quiet location directly on the beach with a great porch and backyard to take in all the sights and sounds of the ocean. Comfortable, varied furniture to find your perfect place to unwind. Enjoyed morning beach walks and afternoon swims. Could walk to Barracudas restaurant for lunch, happy hour or dinner. “The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We cooked meals every day in the house and it was almost unbearable because it was so hot. The appliances need updating as well, the stove throws off crazy heat and the fridge is working overtime just to keep things...
