“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and...

“Everything was wonderful! Beautiful property! Private beach, snorkeling right off the beach was amazing. Construction was going on next door but really didn’t bother us. I would say groceries are expensive! We purchased 2 bottles of alcohol before we left our airport. Case of domestic beer $56.00. Best advice check out the brewery, really good beer. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would love to return, hope the owners don’t sell off the property to future hotel builders.”

“Loved the unit and proximity to the pool. Views were beautiful and beach a short walk. It was so quiet during our stay. Several great restaurants within a short walk. Nice to have beach chairs and other beach items for use. We will be back to Turks and seek out this unit. ”
