“Nothing worked! Door to parking lot key access would not work door had to be propped open. Tv in first room did not work nor did the air conditioner. Moved to another room which I didn’t notice had a queen bed which my husband is tall and always sleeps in a king. There the tv by the bed didn’t work either so no tv in bed. “First room we were assigned had a short so there was no electricity but the manager moved us quickly. Dead roach in the tub, tub didnt drain and had to call for a plunger and toilet required us to manually fill in order to flush it. Only reason i gave then 3 stars was the staff was polie and quick to help. Definitely not worth 100.00. But i guess they can charge that since there are only 2 hotels in town.”

“The room A/C was only just tolerable in this miserable climate. The desk clerk was rude and snippy. (Hire somebody white to get an IQ over 75 next time, Best Western.) The "desk" had a damaged leg and wobbled. The bathroom floor was greasy and the towels rather thin. The TV was not connected to the Internet and had no antenna for over-the-air channels, making it unwatchable. The Internet connection failed, in fact, and had to reconnect several times.
