Casa su misura molto spaziosa con l'AC centrale su un lotto triplo. Un acro di terra trasformato in un parco con un pozzo del fuoco, amaca e aree per prendere il sole.
Nidificato nei boschi, a pochi passi da una spiaggia di sabbia bianca.
NUOVI elettrodomestici, materassi di qualità, 65 "SMART TV, Wi-Fi gratuito, cavo, Netflix, HBO
Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti.
Rimozione della neve e cura del prato fornito. GRANDE AREA PARCHEGGIO, GRANDI PARCHI, GRILL, GIOCHI E tanto PRIVACY!
2 famose località sciistiche entro 5-6 miglia rendono questo un luogo ideale per essere in inverno. E con l'accesso al lago proprio dall'altra parte della strada - è il posto dove stare in estate. Vieni, resta, rilassati e divertiti!
Lo spazioso telaio A offre un senso di benessere sereno e ZEN per coppie, amici e famiglie. Il design della casa offre un'atmosfera moderna rilassata e rustica. La privacy, l'ambiente naturale e il lago ti portano via i mondi dal quotidiano. Dagli qualche ora e apprezzerai sicuramente la bellezza di questo "piccolo pezzo di paradiso". Un grande muro di finestre offre lo sfondo per il vostro soggiorno.
Sei proprio vicino alla nostra spiaggia, ai laghi e al parco giochi della nostra comunità. Nuota, prendi il sole, goditi un picnic in spiaggia o prova a prendere un pesce! Campo da baseball erboso, campo da beach volley e piccolo campo da basket e tutti situati proprio accanto alla spiaggia.
Passeggia intorno al lago e raccogli mirtilli selvatici in agosto, funghi a settembre e mirtilli rossi in ottobre-novembre. Se ti piace andare a fare passeggiate energetiche o correre qualche chilometro ogni mattina - non sarai vicino a un altro "maniaco del fitness" a meno che non porti la tua compagnia.
Tutte le attività e le attrazioni di Pocono sono a portata di mano e puoi godertele tutte a tuo piacimento senza estranei, folle e rumori forti vicino alla tua casa lontano da casa!
Sei a pochi minuti dal Mountain Laurel Golf Club Resort e Spa, a pochi minuti da tutti i ristoranti Lake Harmony, a cinque (5) minuti dalle aree di Jack Frost e Big Boulder e dal parco acquatico H2ooooh, a 30 minuti dalla zona sciistica di Camelback in inverno e Camelbeach Water Park in estate. Blueberry Farm e Apple Orchid così come il parco degli animali "Claws and Paws", Snake and Animal Farm, Big Brown Fish e Pay Lakes potrebbero essere apprezzati da bambini di tutte le età.
La principale area dello shopping di Pocono, The Crossings Outlet Center, è a meno di 20 minuti.
Ci sono un certo numero di campi da golf di qualità entro 2-10 miglia e un paio di campi da golf in miniatura. Le terre di caccia statali sono molto vicine così come lo sono le scuderie di equitazione. Le attrazioni locali includono Pocono International Raceway NASCAR racing, Bushkill Falls, rafting e canoa.

Wonderful place!

We had a birthday celebration weekend with a bunch of friends, and everyone had the best time here. It's a warm, welcoming space with a great kitchen for cooking for a group. Also the folks managing the place are amazing communicators and super accommodating!

Thanksgiving at the Pocons

We were a group of 6 adults and 7 children, we had a lot of fun even though it was very cold outside we couldn't get enough of the indoor options and the hot-tub! kids love playing around and making smores at the firepit.

Fun for All

Fantastic family event with a good time had by all. We enjoyed the lovely, spacious home with all of the amenities. The outside grounds were very well manicured - the hot tub and fire pit were a plus. Kids really enjoyed the beach area. Easy to navigate the water with the beach devices provided. Would absolutely recommend for a relaxing get-away. Masha is an excellent hostess who is very attentive to your requests.

Weekend Birthday Getaway!

Let me just say, if you are on the fence about renting this property, stop thinking and just book it! My girlfriend and I and a group of 8 other people stayed here for a birthday weekend getaway and it was everything and more we wanted! Masha the host was the most accommodating host I have dealt with and everything was perfect! From the pool table, to the hot tub, to the fire pit, everything was so cozy and we all had such a good time! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed and the bedrooms had all the linens needed as well. We went mid December and can not wait to come back in the summer! 5 out of 5 stars!

Pocono's Most Luxurious Hot Tub; Amazing Winter'23 Experience

The homeowner, Masha, did above & beyond for myself and friends to make our stay more than excellent this winter. The amenities provided at her home, emails received with local food places, and things to do, along with the beautiful lake and park around the block were absolutely outstanding. There are simply not enough words to say on how amazing this experience was and how YOU NEED TO JUST BOOK! Trust me. Stop looking, and book. Clean house, linens, provides toiletries, amazing amenities to use, updated appliances, forgot a toothbrush? No worries! She has everything ready for you!! More than you think a hotel would even have. I even brought my own coffee machine because I didn't know what to expect, but didn't need it - she had THREE options for making coffee in the morning!!!! THANK YOU MASHA!! Looking forward to our next stay!

We rented this home for a long awaited family reunion. It was perfect! Spacious yet so cozy. Incredibly well stocked. . Super helpful hosts . Down the block from a lovely beach park and down the road from Jack Frost Mountain . We hope to return . Totally recommend.

Amazing weekend in the Poconos!

The perfect place for a weekend away with a group of friends. We golfed at nearby Jack Frost National, and the proximity could not have been better. The property itself is beautiful and stands out among the other houses in the neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our larger group. We will be back!

This house was exactly what we were looking for. It is located on a quiet street, had an abundant of beds/bed rooms, and more than enough space for almost a dozen people to not feel cramped. The house, especially the bathrooms were clean, and filled with fresh/never opened knick knacks that friends may have forgotten to bring. Our hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had leading up to, or during our stay. One piece of advice to guests. We were always able to get an Uber where we were going, but wait times can be long, prepare for such in advance!! Thank you!

My sister's bachelorette party

I rented this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend. This ended up being the perfect house for a large group of girls. The house is gorgeous and spacious with so much to do. The hosts are quick to respond with any questions and are extremely helpful. They supply you with everything you need at the house. The private lake was amazing and we enjoyed using the paddle boat to cruise around the lake. I highly recommend staying here. My whole group had a blast.

Excellent All Around

The property is exactly as advertised (it lives up to the gorgeous photos!). It is well-maintained, full of amenities and entertainments, and perfectly suited for a reunion of friends, bachelor party, or other get together. The thing that truly sets this property apart, however, is the attentiveness and responsiveness of the host. Masha is wonderful and goes out of her way to make every phase of the rental process run smoothly. Check-in and check-out were easy, with flexible arrival and departure times to meet the group's needs. Masha thoroughly inspected the property before the group's arrival to make sure that everything was ready for the visit, leaving a gift for the guest of honor and offering courtesy firewood for the fire pit. Later, she even found a wallet that one guest had lost outside the property and mailed it back free of charge. I cannot recommend this property enough. 5 stars!

Oneof the BEST houses in Poconos! Property that feels like your private mini resort - 10/10!

This was the second time my group and I booked Masha’s home because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Black Bear House was one of, if not the best VRBO experiences I have ever had. The place is absolutely stunning. The pictures look great, but it doesn't do justice compared to in person! The interior is beautiful with high ceilings and our group really appreciated the large open area for everyone to hang out. The layout is perfect and we loved the room set up and appreciated the linens and amenities provided! Oversized wrap around deck with many seating areas. Outdoor area is simply amazing: HUGE lawn that we utilized as our cricket field and our croquet field and our soccer field etc. Almost forgot the best part - we were allowed to put a TENT for our teens to sleep at. The fire pit is a great spot to sit and relax at night or really any time! The instructions were simple yet detailed. Every question we had along the way Masha was quick to respond and was always a pleasure to speak with. The location is also close to several hiking spots that we enjoyed! We couldn't have asked for a better location, we had privacy but was also convenient if we needed to go to the store. Overall a great experience. 10/10! Would definitely book again!

Without a doubt one of the BEST houses I have ever stayed at! Highly recommend!!

This place is AMAZING! Honestly it is even bigger than it looks on the photos (HUGE deck & HUGE resort-like grounds included). The living room is massive. There are really big windows too so it fills with the natural light during the day and you can see the stars/moon at night. I had a surprise birthday gathering for my girlfriend and our close friends and everyone was raving how awesome the place was. Masha was a great host and was quick to answer any questions we had. The property is on a main road so it is accessible and super easy to find but it still feel very secluded because its surrounded by trees. Lots of PRIVACY. Very FUN property to stay at! This was the best Pocono trip our friends have had!

Amazing house that feels like home

Absolutely loved this modern yet rustic chalet with a mid-century vibe. It's even nicer than the pictures. There's a large great room that's perfect for everyone. The owners are incredibly kind, helpful and very responsive. The house had nice little touches and everything you could possibly need. Would recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

My roommates and I rented this space out for a long weekend. The cabin is gorgeous, it's full of everything we needed. The skiing nearby is great and we had a great time playing pool, shooting darts, and making dinner. Masha handled the communications with us and make sure we knew everything and had everything we needed. We'd absolutely rent it again - totally recommend.

Beautiful Pocono house lol!

We had a great stay. The house was beautiful. Perfect size for all 10 of us. Very clean. Owners made sure you had all the amenities you could possibly need. Location was good for skiing and skirmish. Great fire pit. I would definitely recommend!

Good property, good location. Owner cares about guests. We had everything we needed. Overall it was good experience and I recommend this house to rent for your event.
