We enjoyed our stay here. We came for outside activities BUT when we were at the place it was everything we needed and more. Only thing I could suggest was better AC on the second floor and better fans for the 2nd floor rooms

List of the problems that the property has

1-The couch in the living room was disgusting and very smelly.2-The was chairs the they were broken 3- There was a sheet with blood4. The oven was dirty5. The kitchen utensils and inside the cabinets was dirty and some of the they weren't whash out . 6. The basement has has and electrical problem with the bathroom light and over the TV. The lights where tuning on and off all the time. 7 The celing basement had a water leak as soon someone uses the shower at the bathroom in the kitchen area. 8 There was no soap an any of the bathrooms

DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

We pull up to the property and it looks old and run down (deck is falling apart). The hot tub is unusable and dirty in the front yard. The fire pit was filled with junk. There is a lake across the street that no human would go in. The code I was given to get into the house was wrong. I had to text the owner for the correct code. When you walk into the house, it was extremely hot, humid and smells moldy. The main AC was BROKEN. There is a portable AC unit that was not turned on. When we turned it on, it wasn’t sufficient to cool down the house. Besides that, there was no batteries in the tv remote controls. We had to manually turn on the tv; however, that was useless because there is NO CABLE. You think that is all…until you walk down to the ground level where the pool table is UNUSABLE…disgusting and filled with dirt and dust. The rooms were tiny, smelly, and dingy. None of these things were disclosed or communicated prior to our arrival. I contacted the owner and he had no answers and thought bringing another useless portable AC unit would fix all the issues. I declined and left the property. The owner would not refund me and would not even answer my calls or texts after I left the property. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. VRBO and his management company Evolve were also useless and terrible to deal with. This was a horrible experience and I will stick with FRBO from now on.
