Paradiso sul lago

Goditi questa bellissima casa sul lago con 5 camere da letto in una tranquilla comunità isolata! La spiaggia sabbiosa (o innevata) e il parco giochi per bambini sono a pochi passi dal nostro ponte. L'interno è splendidamente decorato, i letti hanno comodi materassi e la cucina è ben fornita per le vostre attività di cottura. Abbiamo internet ad alta velocità, due televisori a grande schermo, una Xbox e un tavolo da biliardo per il tuo divertimento. Siamo situati vicino a due principali autostrade e sono a 10 minuti dalla stazione sciistica di Jack Frost.

Cucina
Include una stufa e una gamma, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, chicchi di caffè e macinino elettrico, bollitore elettrico, instapot, tostapane. La caffettiera prende il caffè macinato.
Gli armadi sono provvisti di piatti, ciotole, utensili, pentole e padelle, sale, olio da cucina. Forniamo anche asciugamani di carta e sapone per i piatti.

Soggiorno: due divani, smart TV TV da 65 "con XBox e Netflix collegati.

Sala da pranzo: grande tavolo e camino.
Sala biliardo: contiene un tavolo da biliardo, stecche e palline.

Tavolo da biliardo: c'è un tavolo da biliardo in una stanza separata.

Xbox: viene fornito con un controller e include i seguenti giochi: Fortnite, Sea of Thieves, Minecraft. I giochi sono sul sistema. Gli ospiti possono scaricare giochi aggiuntivi o accedere anche al proprio account.

bagni:
Ci sono due bagni completi e un bagno di servizio. Il bagno di servizio si trova al piano di sotto e i due bagni al piano di sopra. Tutte le docce includono bagnoschiuma, sapone liquido per mani, shampoo e balsamo, nonché carta igienica.

Grill: abbiamo una griglia nel patio. Abbiamo un serbatoio di propano che cerchiamo di mantenere pieno, ma a volte si esaurisce. Puoi farlo rifornire in una stazione di benzina vicino.

Riscaldamento: abbiamo il riscaldamento centralizzato, controllato dal termostato principale tra il soggiorno e la cucina. Forniamo anche riscaldatori di spazio in ogni camera da letto, nel caso in cui a qualcuno piace caldo.

Raffreddamento: abbiamo aria centrale durante i mesi estivi, anche se raramente necessaria, data la fresca brezza di Poconos.

Servizi: Lago proprio fuori dalla casa, dove si può nuotare, barca e pesce.

We stayed in this home for a week in June and had a wonderful time. It had all the comforts of being at home and a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the deck but unfortunately only was able to use it a couple of days since it rained most of the week. Great communication from owners. Hot tub was awesome.

Came here for Spring break with my parents, my husband and my kids and the location was excellent. The kids loved having the playground right behind the house and there were some very nice paths to walk around the two lakes. Check-in was very streamlined and Igor was extremely responsive and they provided very thorough instructions. My father has limited mobility and the first floor bedroom and bathroom was perfect for his needs and he was still able to enjoy the view from the lake from the house and the backporch. House was just as it was listed with linens, towels and plenty of toilet paper provided! However like others mentioned it would be good to bring a few more of your own towels if everyone is planning on going to the beach or using the hot tub. That being said the double washers/dryers were super convenient to have! Overall we had a lovely trip and would recommend this house because of its lakeside locale!

Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. Only one communal TV, the other TV was in the master bedroom. We would book again now that we know what to expect.

We had 3 families in the house. The house came with lots of supplies, which is nice. The pond and beach were very nice. We enjoyed all the amenities this house has to offer. Shaded basketball court, playground, baseball field, etc. This property is in a great location.

Spent a long weekend here for my best friend's bachelorette with 11 girls. This house was perfect for our group! AC worked well, beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice, and we loved the hot tub and fire pit. You cannot beat the distance to the lake, which had a nice beach, chairs, and the floating docks were fun! Igor was always available for any help we needed. The only thing I suggest is bringing your own beach towels as there aren't any provided, but the double washer/dryer combo was helpful with cleaning our towels often!

We enjoyed our stay, the property is especially good for kids as there is a small playground and the sandy beach and lake were enjoyed by all. The house does have a cottage-y feel and is not totally updated but we were comfortable and it was very clean.

We had a great family trip at the lake. Perfect location. The beach access and park were great and only steps away from the house. There was something to do for everyone. Owners are very communicative, and able to answer quickly with any concerns. Definitely recommend this property!

We had an awesome time here for a few days with our family! The location is great and we all had fun swimming in the lake, sitting around the fire pit and soaking in the hot tub. The host was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Great place!

We had an incredible experience during our stay! The cabin provided a perfect retreat for my friends and I, offering a stunning scenic view that added to our overall enjoyment. It was truly a haven of relaxation. The cabin came impressively equipped with a wide range of amenities, including a variety of entertainment options, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, well-appointed bathrooms, and an array of outdoor supplies. We were thoroughly impressed and are eagerly looking forward to returning in the future!

Great location and property! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive as we prepared for our visit. The outside is TOP NOTCH! Our young children loved having a large open space to run around, a park in eyesight from the house as well as beach access! The inside was larger than it appeared in pictures and easily accommodated our family. Great location to ski resorts and an Indoor Water park for a wonderful winter weekend! Highly recommend it.

The stay was amazing, our family stayed with 4 other teens and we had a blast. Getting to the hot tub was cold in the winter, so bring stuff to go downstairs and outside. The new shower was amazing, the shower in the masterbed room is small. We brought an extra TV there is only a tv in the living room and master bedroom. Tons of toilet paper, but could use a few more towels with the hot tub. The dinner room table was big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy. The pool table was on the smaller side which is fine to fit the room but difficult to play.

Our family of 5 plus our dog enjoyed a quiet relaxing weekend getaway. The house was perfect and the yard made it a huge hit for the kids! We enjoyed a hike, wiffle ball games and played pool all weekend long. Thank you to the hosts for a fantastic trip. We will definitely return!

We loved the house and the lake view and steps away from sandy swimming beach. We had been told there would be two kayaks, but later told there would be no boating. That was a disappointment and they gave us back a very small $$$ refund. But in the end we still were glad we ended up there. Lovely community!

The house had everything we needed and was located right in front of the small lake. We enjoyed the trails that go around the lake plus nearby basketball and volleyball court. We booked the house for access to kayaks, but the kayaks are not available until May 1. The add for the house did/does not state this exception so be aware when you are house hunting. The owner was VERY communicative. It was nice to be able to bring our dog, as not many home owners allow that. We were thankful to be able to have our pup come along. I sense that there are issues within the community- something of a 'them versus us'- between dog owners and non dog owners, as you will receive leash directives multiple times from the home owner. Additionally, I was yelled at by someone from a far distance to make sure I keep my dog on a leash. This would be a great house for a family summer vacation. We were fortunate to have summer-like sunshine in April:)

Spent a weekend here with family to go skiing at Jack Frost. Igor was very responsive to questions and provided all information needed. House was well-stocked and clean when we arrived. There is a 240v/50a plug on the front of the house that you can use to charge an EV. This was very helpful on a weekend with temperatures in the single digits. Despite the weather, the house was warm and beds were comfortable.

The house was perfect to 7 people (including a 2 1/2 year old). There is lots to do outside. The kitchen is full stocked with utensils. The owners was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time.
