“Tutto perfetto tranne la prenotazione.ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato e inoltre abbiamo scoperto che le descrizioni Delle camere sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà (la camera che avevamo prenotato doveva avere vasca da bagno e vista montagne e non era così). Lo staff però è stato super disponibile e hanno rimediato regalandoci una bottiglia di champagne e dandoci una camera di livelli superiore.”

“I was very pleasantly surprised by the Swiss Chalet Village Inn. We had a lower level room with a king-size bed. The room was quite small, but still managed to fit a chair by the window, full-sized desk, TV, and decent-sized refrigerator and microwave (that was a nice surprise). The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a full bathtub and shower. The air conditioner worked well, and the windows were new and well insulated. Sadly no Swiss decor -- the interior is standard American. The...
