“This hotel is in a great location, has plenty of parking, and the room was big. We traveled with kids, and were not told that the pool was under construction- first disappointment. The customer service at front desk was disappointing for the most part. Rude and entitled, no hospitality. True to form, the NE stereotype was on full display. “Bathroom shower door got stuck with me my wife inside shower fortunately i was available and got her out. Lighting over sink very poor for shaving needs”

“The room was clean and modern. They are renovating the whole place. The outside spaces need renovation, but I'm sure it will get done. It seems they're renovating the whole building.Beautiful sunrise,very nice staff. It will be a gem when it's done.”
