Cottage a White Lake

“The hotel isn’t very poor condition. It is not a lake front hotel like it tries to show in the picture. They did not hold my reservation for a king size bed by my 5 o’clock arrival and check-in day. They gave me a double room and said literally “get over it.” I found a bedbug in the room, brought it down for evidence. Dead of course. And they refuse to refund my cash money. And refused to put me in a different room. Terrible customer service. The hotels in terrible condition. And...

The staff was so friendly and helpful with making sure we knew about breakfast and the bus to take us to and from the concert! They had a nice and gym (we didn’t get a chance to use them but we checked them out) I wish more hotels were like this one!! 10/10 recommend!”
