“I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. “Our room was so clean - everything looked like new - if you like a firm mattress this one was good - I like semi firm so sleeping was a bit tough. The staff were so friendly upon our arrival and were there to help in any way the could. Breakfast was hot and very good - there was even a waffle maker -eggs bacon sausage - etc. Very happy it wasn't the usual continental breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. It was also close to attractions and shopping.”

“The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred. The TV remote was covered in dried-on food, and there were stains on the rug and walls near the window. There was also no handsoap in the bathroom, so we opted to just use the shower...
