“The room was clean. The bed was absolutely a brick just like the night before when staying at Indigo in North Conway. I guess because both are IHG they purchase same brick to sleep on across the board.”

“Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only".
