“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi.
No night manager on duty.
Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast.
Long black hair in the bathroom.

“I had a very bad experience staying there the police were looking for somebody they banged on my door scared us really bad. They went in and checked the room and my husband was in there asleep. It was just a very bad experience and I was I’ve been really scared ever since.”

“No fan in bathroom, no jets in hot tub, no towels by pool. Broken things around property that need to be repaired and little light in rooms. I’d pay a little more and stay somewhere else.”

“Breakfast is a typical Hampton Inn Breakfast. Parking is good. We stay here everytime we pass thru Santa Fe.
Room's have a new filtration fan that we have never noticed before. Very loud. We had maintenance silence it so we could sleep”
