“Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking....

“We truly enjoy an escape at whitecourt's Western Budget #3 as often as we possibly can. It's affordable, clean, friendly, and the jacuzzi rooms make a person feel grand. The staff there is incredible! Always willing to help with whatever your needs might be, and very kind. The free continental breakfast is pretty darn good and the breakfast room is incredibly comfortable and sweet up so nicely. It's really the only place in Whitecourt that my husband and i are willing to stay nowadays.”
