“We showered and put our towels in basket as asked. Next day we returned to house after the wedding and the towels were not replaced in our room so we couldn't shower. There was no direction provided on how to receive new towels. I just assumed they checked our room and would have replaced the towels. Over all I would stay again. It was a good place to stay and very quiet place”

“The desk clerk Sebastian was very nice and helpful. The room was ok but we found a dirty sock on the floor near one of the beds. The location was perfect for our needs.”

“It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally caring, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. They listened carefully to all of our requests and were always happy to help, which made us feel truly welcomed and well looked after. The only minor downside was that the breakfast selection was somewhat limited and could offer a greater variety of dishes. “Clean and very comfortable”

“The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back.”
