Serene Ridgetop Kalispell Home - Vista sul lavello della cucina

Questa casa ha un nome: Sunrise House. Fu costruito, con amore, come casa di riposo da un attento cowboy. Il sito è stato scelto per un facile accesso e tuttavia viste eccezionali. Sei a 10 minuti da negozi di generi alimentari e buoni, ma privati sul tuo ponte con una vista libera della catena montuosa della Colombia. Puoi goderti il tuo caffè sul ponte e guardare la mandria di bestiame dei vicini pascolare sotto.

La casa stessa è finita con un design di Frank Lloyd Wright ad est per la luce del mattino. I pavimenti in legno con tappeti in lana sono caldi ed eleganti. La master suite dispone di un letto king size a slitta con la stessa vista orientale. Questa suite dispone di cabina doccia e servizi igienici con lavandino adiacente. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale ed è la propria vasca da bagno extra profonda e combo doccia e servizi igienici.

La cucina è facile con un bancone in granito con grande isola e sgabelli che, sì, avete indovinato, offrono una bella vista di quella catena montuosa. Gamma superiore dell'isola del gas.
Frigorifero e cassetti frigo separati. Gli armadi Hickory sono completamente forniti con i tuoi piatti e utensili da cucina. I marciapiedi dal parcheggio sono gradini bassi per una facile camminata. Il ponte ha un tavolo pieno per pranzare all'aperto proprio fuori dalla cucina. Questa casa ha conosciuto risate e se siete brave persone, saremmo lieti di condividerla con voi. Questa proprietà è disponibile per un contratto di locazione a lungo termine di novembre-maggio da un inquilino. Sentieri felici.

The house was clean and spacious and the beds and recliners very comfortable. It was a great location in that the views were beautiful, and it was remote enough that we had plenty of peace and seldom saw any of our neighbors. It was an easy drive to town for food, and not far from the places we wanted to visit including Glacier, Flathead Lake. Although a little further, we also enjoyed visiting some hot springs and going horseback riding.

The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the entire house was very comfortable with beautiful views. We often saw deer in the morning and evening very close by. We were surprised by a nice gift basket when we arrived. We stayed for nine nights and were extremely comfortable.

Cozy House!

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! This house is precious! Very clean, cozy and quiet! Mrs. Sue was extremely helpful and provided extra tips for hiking, etc. during our stay. I’m thoroughly impressed with how responsive she is if there are any questions or needs regarding the house or anything really. The views from the windows were beautiful. We saw a few deer in the front yard and we loved it! We will be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, and very enjoyable property. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and loved it both times. Conveniently located to Kalispell and Flathead Valley and Glacier National Park.

Great location

Sunrise house was perfect for us- we stayed here for over a week and went hiking and mountain biking in the area. The kitchen is well equipped for dining in and overall the house very comfortable after a day of play.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view

It was a beautiful property inside and out. Quiet and peaceful area with beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Enjoyed the deer sightings. Kitchen was well equipped. If we come back to Kalispell we would try to stay here again.

Great location in the country

The outside of the property left something to be desired; however, recently painted and new deck added. Grill not working and needed deep cleaned. There were many hand written notices as to operating Wi-Fi, etc that were incorrect so it was an hour of trial and error but found the right code. On a very good note, once established, our stay was super pleasant. Deer daily in the yard and great location to and from towns.

Nice views but lacking amenities

This was our second time staying at this house and we returned because the views are unbelievable and the house is very comfortable. We were going to book it for a third year, however the wifi did not work at all and the air conditioning in the main part of the house was not cold. Luckily I had an iPad hotspot that I could work from, otherwise the lack of wifi would have been a real issue. The owner also stayed in the basement apartment two of the nights that we were there, which was fine but unexpected. They did message us during our stay to let us know this but we just felt for the price we would have liked more privacy.

Great location but some important deficiencies

The property manager was on vacation so we communicated with the owner. They actually gave us the wrong house number. 🙄 The house was very close to Kalispell. It was about :40-:50 drive to Glacier National Park’s West Side entrance. If you want to hit the Many Glacier area, it’s a 2 1/2 hr drive so not the most convenient. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire week we were there. The owner said she needed to have the property manager call the internet company but the property manager was on vacation so it didn’t happen. The set up of the living room is bizarre. It’s a 2 bedroom house so 3 of us stayed there but there are only 2 lazy boys for seating in front of the TV and 2 seats facing the fireplace. It makes no sense. After a full day of hiking, you want to relax and maybe watch a movie but we couldn’t. Well 2 of us could and the other had to sit on the floor. The owners belongings were all over which hasn’t been my experience at other VRBOs. It was clean but the guest room bath has electrical tape around the vanity. There was no dresser in the guest room so I couldn’t put my clothes away. They had a bar chair to put your suitcase on. Not ideal. All in all, it was good location with a beautiful view but the home & amenities need some work.

Montana at its finest!

The property was exactly as advertised if not better! The views are beautiful. The lack of sounds other than nature is perfect to recharge after spending days hiking and exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area. The house has an amazing kitchen and gas grill to prepare great days end meals! The communication with the owner and property manager couldn’t be better

Dream Vacation

My wife and I spent the best two weeks In a Dream House in a prefect place!! Watched sunrises every morning and sit up in the evenings looking at a star filled sky🤩. Thanks we will do this again!!!

Sunrise house was very comfortable and had everything you could need. And WOW the views are amazing. It was the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate after exploring beautiful northern Montana.

A Magnificent Home!

The VIEWS! All I did when I was in the house was sit in front of the window and stare, day and night. The home was perfect, in a perfect area and had everything we could have possibly needed for the almost 2 weeks we spent there. Owner, manager and cleaner were readily available any time we needed them, but we really didn't. We will definitely be back!

Most relaxing vacation ever!

I needed a relaxing vacation in a peaceful setting, this was the perfect place. The scenery was fantastic, to wake up every morning looking out at the mountains, meadows, visiting deer was absolutely wonderful. The house has everything you need. Honestly could have stayed at the house everyday, it was our first time to Montana so we wanted to see the sites. We certainly looked forward to coming back to our beautiful home for the week. The owner "Ellen" was wonderful, gave us great recommendations for dinner along with advice on what to see and do in the area. Everyone should take the time to go on the "going to the sun" road in Glacier National Park - it was the most beautiful drive ever. Overall I would highly recommend this house, I don't think it can get any better than this!

Lovely home but furniture greatly lacking. Only 2 chairs in family room. 2 chairs in fireplace area, 3 chairs on deck, 1 broken. Not enough furniture for 4 adults. No sofas. ?????

Great home in a superb location

Stayed a week at Sunrise House with another couple. House was perfect for us, clean, convenient and welcoming. Location was away and private with gorgeous views but only 10 min from town. Erika welcomed us and answered all of our questions. Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Kalispell, Flathead lake and Glacier were within easy drives. We immersed ourselves in Ellen and her late husbands story and we’re glad we got to meet Ellen. Her home is certainly a labor of love and her life is quite a story. Highly recommend this home. Jeff P

So Many Deer

We had a wonderful stay here! We saw more deer on the property than we could count. The location was perfect for traveling to the Park, Whitefish, and Lakeside. Had all amenities we could hope for. We can not wait to go back to Montana!
