Please note that the hot tub is not being advertised on Expedia where you booked your reservation, but we understand how this could have affected your experience.Regarding breakfast, we want to clarify that our property does not include complimentary breakfast. On Expedia its advertised as "Breakfast Available." We apologize if there was any confusion about this.We also regret any dissatisfaction with the size of your room. My husband and I love this hotel and try and stay when the prices are reasonable. It is so convenient for walking to all the stores, restaurants and pubs. The best feature is the rooftop hot tub when it’s working. I was really looking forward to the hot tub on our recent visit but was so disappointed to find out it has been out of service for awhile. I will definitely call and ask if it’s available before booking our next trip.

Good news is, the city has approved the building permit and the work is in progress. We anticipate the renovation to be completed in about 4-6 weeks. Loved this hotel. Took the train in and arrived early in the morning, called the hotel to see if we could leave our luggage while until check-in and they happily said our room was ready. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the room was very nice. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Whitefish

The photos on the website and description of rooms and amenities do not truly depict what is there. The hotel was so short-staffed that they could not offer all rooms. The restaurant was good but very small. The staff was very nice.

I did not like that when I show up in my room there is bloody garbage on the counter, and there was blood in the sink. Also the other room that I had booked for other people had construction material in the room so they had to get moved.

Good but room for improvement
The stay was good. Have noticed walls are not very well insulated for sound. Secondly breakfast was not to a standard I would expect and have recipes from other 4star restaurants. Eggs seemed to have been from a carton, bacon was just microwaved. And the fried potatoes were just frozen reheated. I did enjoy the room set up and cleanliness of the room. Also bathroom set up was good.
