“The property is situated in a beauriful remote area, and looks stunning from outside. The reception staff was very smart and helpful, and the room was beautiful. The gym is well equipped, however the sauna did not work and the steam room would benefit from an essential oil smell, rather than musty smell. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, my favourite being the handmade soda bread. Top quality food and perfect service. There are lovely walks around the place and the views are stunning, but...

“It was in a perfect position to allow me to walk in the morning to the airport. The reception desk in and out was fast, friendly and efficient. The rooms were large, clean and quiet. The restaurant was good with a nice selection. Some of the staff a little inexperienced but not unpleasant. Very positive stay.”

“Fantastic place to stay. The views were amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Each day a housekeeper came to empty bins and top up items. So unexpected service and was great. All amenities you need for a great stay. Town totally walkable with lovely shops and lots of history. Cathedral, heritage centre fantastic things to visit. Only negative was the stairs to the apartment but came away a lot fitter then when arrived ”

“Great location. The room was cozy and had all that we needed. It isn’t fancy or new. It’s just charming authentic and cozy. And right in town. Had to park for free in a nearby lot. Not an issue. ”
