“The room was clean and decorated very nicely. The shower was beautiful. The place is old though - so it still had that “old” place feeling. I would say my disappoint came from the size of the room. It was just soooooo small. There wasn’t anyplace to put all our stuff. I used the kitchen area for my bathroom stuff and my suitcase. My husband used the dresser drawers. There is a chair but we had to use it for the pillows and other clothes etc. If you go into it knowing it’s small and aren’t...

“Wonderfully quiet neighborhood and close to lake etc. bed was very comfortable. It was very hot out during our stay but were able to keep appt nice and cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Thank you for wonderful stay.”

“The studio is big enough for 3 people and a dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed including dog food bowl and a water bowl. The bed was comfy, and the 2 ceiling fans and air conditioner kept the room pretty cool in the hot summer weather. There were also bikes available and I had a great time biking to the beach. It’s located right above lakeside cafe, so you can enjoy breakfast there every morning. We all really enjoyed our stay at the Nest!”

“We had a wonderful stay- we loved the “hotel” look to the property- owner has obviously tried to create a certain feel for the property. We really loved they Lake Michigan was right across the street! ”

“The room was very stylish and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony was great. Cute little town. Grocery store and laundromat across the street. A few good spots to eat all within a block. Try The Hot Spot a few places down. Great home cooked food and ice cream. Perfect place to chill on a long drive through Michigan. Easy process to arrive and leave. Highly recommend.”

“This place was so cute! We chose the log cabin and we loved it! The interior was so fun and appropriately designed. We took our 13 and 11 year old grandchildren with us and and they want to visit again next year! It has a little convenience store and pizza place( great ) right across the street . And a few restaurants next to them! The beach was nearby and the place was so laid back and quiet. We will definitely be back!”
