“Hotel is still new, so carpets are fresh and no major wear and tear that most hotels show. Beautifully decorated! Nice layout.
Breakfast was good but over priced. Service was slow and they always used the excuse “I was busy”. Hmm. They have a few kinks to work out but otherwise very good. Stayed 7 nights.
Parking was $15/day - so budget for that before you go. On street parking is metered and one hr at a time.”

“I like the downtown location of the property. Convenient. Parking is a block away. I appreciated having an onsite restaurant. I was disappointed to learn there was no complimentary breakfast.”

“We had an awesome stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Whitehorse but especially families with pets. Very comfortable and relaxing stay with super nice and helpful stay. Thank you.”

“We rent this room through Expedia. On the reservation it is clearly stated that we were 4 adults one kid. On arrival arount 11pm there was no sheet or blankets for the sofa bed. Only 3 of each : glass, mugs, plates WE HAD TO REQUEST ALL THAT before going to bed. The staff was very nice and helped us but there is no communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA Be careful”
