“The internet was going in and out, it was frustrating, I called the front desk but they can’t do anything about it. For someone traveling a good internet reception is a must. It’s the first time I encountered something like this at a hotel. Overall, the room was clean and food was good. Just the internet”

“Staff was friendly, helpful, polite, respectful. Our room was not ready so she quickly changed us to another room. No wait. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Great amenities. Safe environment. Highly recommend.”

“Run down room, but friendly staff”

“The room was very clean and spacious, soaps/shampoos were from dove which was nice. The drain from the shower was a bit clogged so the water would rise a bit. Hotel breakfast had a great selection, cereals, muffins, bagels, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, sausages, yogurt and juices (just missing hot chocolate for the kids) The pool was warm as it’s outside but it wasn’t cleaned, there was some foamy stuff and lots of dead bugs inside”

“This was my 3rd or 4th time staying here. As always the hotel was very clean and staff are very welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent area with tons of shops and food options all within walking distance. My only negative is that the elevator can sometimes take a while due to there only being one and staff and guests both have to use it, but it’s really not that bad. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to someone.”

“Very clean hotel with all the necessary amenities just a short Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. Be aware that there is no onsite hotel service staff but they are a text message away if you need anything.”
