“The hotel is well located. However it is quite old and not so clean. 1) there is no elevators. We have to move our luggage by stairs 2) the room has a moisture smell however one of the lady staff is vey helpful and she is helping us carrying the luggage to second floor.”

“Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.”

“To management's credit, they did offer to switch our room but after an exhausting first night and day (in town for a funeral), we decided to stay in the room we were assigned. The floors in the room were pretty dirty; the soles of our feet turned black quickly and the bathroom floor had fuzz growing between the tiles.
